Ruth Alon of Pitango appointed to the Board of Directors of BioRap

Ruth Alon, co-director of the “Pitango” VC fund and responsible for the life sciences field, was appointed to the Board of Directors of BioRap Technologies Ltd., the commercialization subsidiary of the Rappaport Institute. Ms. Alon is responsible for Pitango’s investment activities in the medical and biotechnology spheres and is considered one of the key and most active figures in the life sciences industry in Israel. Ms. Alon is a board member of numerous companies, among them Colbar, BrainsGate, Bioline RX, BioControl, Transpharma, Proneuron, Optonol, Disc-O-Tech.
